The G Series bass offers a lower price point than our hand made M and C Series instruments while still be assembled in our New Zealand workshop and includes the Tomm Stanley™ Tuning System. Available with a Slimline string spacing of approximately 16mm or a Classic string spacing of 19mm at the floating ebony bridge. The G Series is built with a body core of alder, an ebony fingerboard, three-piece laminated maple neck sprayed satin lacquer finish.
As a special order option for the maple-topped G Series we offer two different burst finishes:
- Winebust - a translucent burgundy coloured edge fading through amber into a clear centre
- Carmelburst - a carmel-brown edge fading through amber into a clear centre
Either of these finished may be requested for the additional cost of $200 by selecting this product listing. We'll then contact you and assist with selecting the actual instrument that will have the burst finish applied and discuss which finish you'd like to have.
